1. WIND AVERAGE VELOCITY

The depicted wind velocity and direction represent average values of the last minute.

Wind velocity magnitude is given in  [ m/s ],  in  [ Km/hr ],  in  [ knots]  and in the  Beaufort  intensity scale.

Wind direction is given as the azimuthal angle of the wind in respect to the North (hence, North = 0°, East = 90°, South = 180°, West = 270°).

Numerical values of the wind azimuthal direcion are depicted when the mouse pointer is passing above each station's asterisk.

Wind velocity is measured by the A100 LK Vector Instruments anemometer[†] in all stations.

Wind direction is measured by thhe W200P Vector Instruments wind vane[‡] in all stations
